Uncle Murray has led arts & crafts at Camp Deen for years, and together he and other artistically-inspired volunteers foster love and appreciation for Islamic art in our campers. Some crafts that campers have done include ceramic clay art inspired by historical Islamic textiles, crafting genuine leather belts, making tye-dye t-shirts, and making lanterns.
